Joygenn Trading sells clothing, sleepwear, underwear and related apparel on both a wholesale and retail basis. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and appearances may vary depending on your device. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, availability and quantities at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. Orders are accepted only after payment has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud or any other reasonable cause.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, taxes and other applicable fees will be communicated during checkout where applicable.
6. Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate apparel may not be eligible for return unless defective or supplied in error.
7. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities and other trade terms apply only to approved wholesale customers and may be communicated separately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our logo, branding, product images, text and designs, is the property of Joygenn Trading and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
