Joygenn Trading generally does not allow returns or exchanges on purchased items. However, if you receive a defective product, you must notify us within five (5) days of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted where the product delivered is confirmed to be defective. Once we receive the returned product and verify the defect, a refund will be processed accordingly.
